Rokycany, Czech Republic – French rubber parts supplier Hutchinson is building a new industrial plant in the Czech city of Rokycany, according to a statement by Inveco Construction sro.
The Italian construction group announced on 5 Aug that it had engaged in a contract with the French company for the turn-key construction of a new industrial plant.
Construction work started 8 Aug on the 3000-sq-mt plant and is to be completed by end of January 2017, said Inveco.
Inveco operates in Italy, Serbia, Turkey, Portugal and Brazil and delivers greenfield and brownfield turnkey industrial projects.
Hutchinson is a subsidiary of energy multinational Total SA based in Tour Total, France.
The unit manufactures vibration control systems, fluid management systems and sealing solution technologies with a focus on the aerospace, automotive and other industries.
Hutchinson generated €3.8-billion in 2015 revenues with more than 36,000 employees at 96 sites in 23 countries.
