Brussels – The EU passenger car market posted a 14-percent growth in sales for February, marking the 30th consecutive month of growth.
According to figures released by the Brussels-based European Automobile Manufacturers Association (ACEA) 1,056,902 units were sold in total during February.
Among the major markets, Italy grew by 27.3 percent, followed by France, Spain and Germany which all recorded sales increases of more than 12 percent.
