ERJ staff report (TP)
Clermont-Ferrand, France − A brand new tire and an improvement on the highly popular Pilot Road 3, the Michelin Pilot Road 4 will be available in three versions: Sport Touring, Trail, and GT, reported Eric Ellis for TwoWheelMania.
The new Pilot Road 4 tires will cover most categories of on-road motorcycles over 600cc allowing for a wide range of motorcycle owners to experience Michelin’s commitment to performance and longevity.
Focusing on its emphasis to offer the safest and best handling tires on the market, Michelin created the new Pilot Road 4 tires to provide enhanced safety in all riding situations, especially wet roads. According to Michelin, on wet surfaces its new tire has a shorter braking distance than its competitors. These new motorcycle tires from Michelin were designed to deliver enhanced safety in all conditions and extend tire life, giving motorcycle riders the best of both worlds, handling and wear resistance.
