Valeant gets FDA clearance for silicone hydrogel contact lenses

Rochester, NY, USA – Bausch & Lomb and its parent company Valeant Pharmaceuticals International Inc. have announced that the US Food & Drug Administration (FDA) has issued marketing clearance for Bausch & Lomb's newest frequent-replacement silicone hydrogel contact lenses made with the company’s MoistureSeal Technology.
