Dunlop offers prize for Le Mans Ferrari livery
ERJ staff report (BC)
Akron, Ohio – Dunlop has launched a Europe-wide competition to find a winning livery for the JMW Motorsport Ferrari F458 GT2 car it is sponsoring in the Le Mans 24 Hours race in June.
Each country will have a competition heat, with four entries going forward to the European regional final.
Dunlop is celebrating its 125th anniversary, and entrants are encouraged to incorporate an anniversary logo in their design.
The country finalists are eventually reduced to four international winners, three being selected by the EU jury. The final place will be given to the most popular design.
First prize includes seeing the livery unveiled at the pre-race test weekend at LeMans on 8 June. The winner will attend an awards dinner, see behind the scenes at the Le Mans test, receive a pair of tickets to the race itself and get a prize of €1000 Euros.
The closing date for entries is 14 May.
