Toyo Tires sets up group code of conduct

Osaka, Japan - Toyo Tire & Rubber Co. Ltd has established two new group policies aimed at enhancing the company's internal structure and corporate social responsibility.
The charter contains 10 action principles to be shared by each group company, while the code sets out 15 rules of conduct for each individual to follow in order to put policies into practice.
The Japanese company said both documents will be produced in multiple languages with important criteria clearly articulated in simple, easy-to-understand wording.
