London - Rubber prices continued to ease on Thursday 20 September. On Tokyo's Tocom Exchange, prices for the six-month contract closed down 4 at yen 253 ($3.23) after the evening session on Thursday. Shorter-dated prices also closed down, at yen 251 on Thursday evening.
In Singapore, the March 2013 TSR20 contract on SGX fell 5 to close at $2.90; October 2012 prices were also down -by 6 -- at $2.84 at the end of the Thursday evening session.
In India, NMCE said October prices fell by 3 to close just above Rs 190 ($3.49). November prices also fell by 3 to close just under at Rs 190.
In China the Shanghai Futures Exchange contract for October closed slightly unchanged at Yuan 23.3 ($3.68) per kilo on Thursday. November prices closed at yuan 23.4.
