NR prices mixed over the weekend

London - Rubber prices around the world were mixed overnight. On Tokyo's Tocom Exchange, prices for the six-month contract was trading down by less than a yen at yen 227 ($2.90) on Monday 06 August. Shorter-dated prices closed a couple of yen higher at just above yen 215 after Monday evening trading.

In Singapore, the February TSR20 contract on SGX closed down 2 at $2.78; September prices also eased by 2, to close at $2.74 on Monday evening

In India, NMCE said August prices closed up by one rupee at Rs 179 ($3.23). September prices closed level at just over Rs 176.

In China the Shanghai Futures Exchange contract for August closed up a fraction at Yuan 22.7 ($3.56) per kilo on Monday. September prices were slightly up at yuan 22.8.
