Rubber reinforcement conference set for London In December

London -- The Rubber in Engineering Group of the IOM3 are holding a two day conference entitled "Rubber Reinforcement by Fillers, Fibres and Textiles" on 18-19 December 2012 at Queen Mary University of London, London, UK.
The conference will provide a forum for description of progress in applications and for the exchange of ideas and new approaches in rubber composites. It will be of interest to both makers and users of rubber composites.
The Rubber Foundation Lecture will be given by Richard Spontak from North Carolina State University and will be entitled: The Future of Modified Thermoplastic Elastomers as a Class of Soft Materials for Advanced Technologies.
