Michelin UK names head of Head of Truck and Bus Marketing

Stoke on Trent, UK - Sharn Samra, 35, has been appointed Head of Truck and Bus Marketing for Stoke-on-Trent based Michelin Tyre PLC, with responsibility for the UK and Ireland.

Samra joins Michelin from Wolverhampton-based lock and home security firm Yale, where she has been since 2004. Initially working as the company's Head of Product Management and Marketing for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, she then became Yale's Head of Business Development in 2009 up until her departure. Prior to working at Yale, she was a Product Manager for three years at Staffordshire-based Newell Rubbermaid.
