London - Rubber prices eased downwards over the weekend. On Tokyo's Tocom Exchange, prices for the six-month contract were trading down by about 3 yen at yen 304 ($3.75) on Monday 23 April. Shorter-dated prices were at the same level as Friday at yen 290 in late trading on Monday evening.
In Singapore, the TSR20 contract on SGX was trading down 3 at $3.61 for October deliveries in late trading on Monday, while May deliveries were unchanged about $3.63 in trading during the evening session.
In India, NMCE said May deliveries closed down 1 at Rs 193 ($3.68).
In China the Shanghai Futures Exchange contract for May closed down by a fraction of a yuan at Yuan 28.1 ($4.46) per kilo on Monday.
