A company called Qingdao Rubber Valley Intellectual Property Information Center Co., Ltd. has been established by by the China Intellectual Property Publishing House and Rubber Valley Co., Ltd. The new company aims to act as a one-stop-shop for all intelllectual property rights issues in China's rubber industry.
