NR prices show mixed trend on week

London -- Rubber prices moved slightly downwards during the week's trading. On Tokyo's Tocom Exchange, prices for the six-month contract moved down slightly to yen 318 ($4.02) per kg on 17 February. Shorter-dated prices also fell by a couple of yen to trade around 300 just before the close on Friday.

In Singapore, the TSR20 contract on SGX was trading down by a couple of cents at $3.76 for July deliveries and unchanged at $3.72 for March deliveries a couple of hours before the close on Friday.

In India, NMCE said February deliveries closed largely unchanged over the week at Rs 188 ($3.82).

In China the Shanghai Futures Exchange contract for March moved down margionally to close at Yuan 28.8 ($4.57) per kilo on Friday.
