London -- Rubber prices showed a generally positive trend in Wednesday's trading. On Tokyo's Tocom Exchange, prices for the six-month contract were trading up about 5 yen at yen 325 ($4.21) per kg on 8 February. Shorter-dated prices also rose by a 6 yen to trade around yen 311.
In Singapore, the TSR20 contract on SGX was trading up by a cent at $3.89 for July deliveries and up by 5 cents at $3.85 for March deliveries in late trading on Wednesday.
In India, NMCE said February deliveries were a rupee lower at Rs 190 ($3.87).
In China the Shanghai Futures Exchange contract for March were up half a yuan to close at Yuan 29.3 ($4.65) per kilo .
