NR prices in mixed trend overnight

London -- Rubber prices eased slightly overnight. On Tokyo's Tocom Exchange, prices for the six-month contract were trading down by 5 yen at yen 314 ($4.12) per kg at the close of trading on Wednesday 2 February. Shorter-dated prices remained above yen 300, to close down 2 yen at yen 301.

In Singapore, the TSR20 contract on SGX was trading down 2 cents at $3.80 for July deliveries and up by a fraction of a cent at $3.77 for March deliveries a few minutes before Wednesday's close.

In India, NMCE said February deliveries rose by 3 Rs to close at Rs 193 ($3.91).

In China the Shanghai Futures Exchange contract for March recovered by half a yuan to close at Yuan 27.8 ($4.41) per kilo .
