Conti to raise tyre prices

Hannover Germany - Continental is raising prices of its replacement car and light truck products in Europe by up to six percent.
The increases will be three to four per cent for the Continental brand and by three to six per cent for the Uniroyal, Semperit and Barum brands. The new prices will go into effect on 1 January 2012. The increase of the prices will be effective in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
