Garb seeking to buy Italian rubber recycler

Salt Lake City, Utah -- Garb Oil & Power Corp. said it is negotiating to buy the rubber recycling business of FDG di Collu S.r.l. in Italy. The business has a 24,000 metric tonne facility with appropriate warehouse and land. Garb expects to finalise the acquisition after the dur diligence phase is completed in 45 days' time.
Garb said the facilities would be used to aid the Company in future tyre recycling contracts that exist within the European Union.
