Salt Lake City, Utah -- Garb Oil & Power Corporation ("Garb") and USA Recycling Industries Inc. are proposing to build a tyre recycling plant in Reading, Pennsylvania.
In a statement, Garb said, "This site is owned by USA Recycling Industries Inc., and it offers the necessary space and access to build a tyre recycling facility of the type we have announced."
