Titan extends range of Optitrac farm tyres

Quincy, Illinois --Titan Goodyear Farm Tires, a Titan Tire Corporation brand, has introduced the Goodyear Optitrac R+. This agricultural tyre provides additional traction and load capacity and is rated for higher transport speeds than standard R-1 tyres.

Available in five sizes - 600/70R30, 620/75R30, 650/85R38, 710/70R42 and 710/75R42 - the Optitrac R+'s high aspect ratios allow the tyre to carry a 23 percent heavier load (ranging from 7,850 to 15,200 pounds) than a standard R-1W tyre at the same inflation. The new tyre can also carry the maximum load of an R-1W at an inflation pressure of 6 psi lower, providing enhanced flotation and helping to reduce compaction in the field. The OPTITRAC R+ is also an effective alternative to IF and VF tyre technology.
