Yokohama Rubber reorganises management

Tokyo -- Yokohama Rubber has made a number of changes to its senior management, subject to approval of shareholders following a general shareholder meeting 25 June. Among the changes, Hikomitsu Noji is expected to become president of the Tire Group. He is currently general manager of the company's Tire Global Production Division. The changes are as follows:
Promoted to director and vice president (current position)
Norio Karashima (director and senior managing corporate officer)
Promoted to director and managing corporate officer (current position)
Hikomitsu Noji (director and corporate officer)
Promoted to director (current position)
Fumio Morita (corporate officer)
Promoted to senior managing corporate officer (current position)
Koichi Tanaka (managing corporate officer)
Promoted to managing corporate officer (current position)
Misao Hiza (corporate officer)
Takao Oishi (corporate officer)
Promoted to corporate officer

Tadashi Suzuki
Hideto Katsuragawa

Tetsuya Kuze
Retiring from director
Current position (new position)
