UK's TRA to hold Forum Day in July
ERJ staff report (DS)
Solihull, UK -- The UK's annual Tyre Recovery Association forum day will take place on Friday 9th July at the St John's Hotel, Solihull.
The theme of the 2010 event will be 'regulation and opportunity' and will consider the many regulatory challenges and infrastructure threats we presently face. A preview programme is already available and the full speaker line-up will be published shortly.
This year's event is adding a morning workshop dedicated to introducing tyre retailers to the opportunities offered by the industry's Responsible Recycler Scheme. The workshop will precede the established forum programme which will follow in the afternoon and the TRA will this year organise its own tyre industry dinner and cabaret for the evening.
TRA has also organised an innovation award, sponsored by Michelin, which will be presented to the company or person judged to have made the most significant innovation in this area of the industry.
