Kwik-Fit publishes "wall of shame" calendar
ERJ staff report (DS)
London -- Kwik-Fit's annual calendar does not feature scantily-clad models, but images of tyres removed from cars at its various outlets across the UK. Kwik-Fit says, "All of the images are of customers' tyres handled as returns through our National Distribution Centre."
The 12 images are shocking: not just bald, but with rubber worn down to the cords; with huge holes in the sidewalls and with the treads separated from the carcass. And these were removed from cars driven to the tyre store.
Scary!
