Niantic Seal acquires US-based Northeast Rubber Products
ERJ staff report (DS)
Lincoln, Rhode Island -- Niantic Seal Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of The Insco Group, has acquired Northeast Rubber Products, Inc., a leading distributor and fabricator of industrial rubber products. The new entity will operate as a going concern from its existing facility located in Framingham, Massachusetts, doing business as Northeast Rubber Products, a division of Niantic Seal, Inc. Both business units are included in Insco's newly formed Performance Materials Group.
Skip Mauro, Insco's president said, "Going forward, we will now offer a broader array of industry leading sealing products; die cut parts and molded shapes; fabricated hose assemblies and other industrial rubber products along with additional value enhancing services. This will allow our combined customer base, and new prospects as well, to take full advantage of what a larger scale, customer centric and quality focused organization can provide in a highly competitive marketplace. Overall, more products and services will equate to more convenience and additional value for our customers."
