ECHA to hold stakeholder day on 10 October

Helsinki, Finland -- Registration is now open for the European Chemicals Agency's first Stakeholder Day on On 10 October, at Finlandia Hall in Helsinki, Finland. The event is being held in co-operation with the European Commission and is meant to be the first of a series of such days.
The programme covers pre-registration and other data submission processes to the Agency, substances of very high concern and ECHA's dialogue with stakeholders and non -EU countries.
Stakeholders are invited to register for the event on the website of the Agency. The main target audiences are industry associations and non-governmental organisation that have a key interest in the successful implementation of REACH. Also third countries and organisations that have a direct interest in the Regulation or are involved in ECHA's activities are invited to register. Up to 400 seats are available and criteria have been established how to make selection if necessary.
