Performance Fibers promotes Carnevale to COO.

Richmond, Virginia -- Performance Fibers has named Alexander Carnevale to the new position of vice president/chief operating officer to manage business operations worldwide, and Marc Sicre to replace him as leader of the European business.
Under the new structure, the leaders of each of the three regions will report to Carnevale and maintain the company's strong regional focus, while Carnevale will be responsible for developing a cohesive global plan for the company.
Sicre, a European native, joined predecessor company AlliedSignal in 1991 as an engineer and held a variety of positions including supply chain manager, plant manager for the Longlaville, France facility and most recently, technical operations director for Europe.
