GHX Acquires All Hose & Specialty and SSC for $20 m

Houston, Texas -- Fabricator and supplier of sealing products GHX Industrial, LLC has completed the acquisitions of All Hose & Specialty, LLC and Sykes Supply Company for $20 million (€14 million). Details of the transactions were not disclosed.

The acquisitions, which are expected to boost GDX's annual revenue to $70 million, “will improve our ability to service our large multi-location customers and will also expand our customer base and product offerings,” said GHX president Dan Ahuero, in a 18 Oct statement.

All Hose is a supplier and assembler of high-pressure, hydraulic and industrial hose products and fittings with facilities in Broussard (Lafayette) and Houma, Louisiana and in Houston, Texas.

SSC is a supplier and provider of industrial hose, gaskets and mechanical seal repair with facilities in Pensacola, Florida, and Mobile, Alabama.
