Daetwyler Rubber appoints key account manager for Germany
Schattdorf, Switzerland -Â Daetwyler Rubber has appointed Michael Groth (40) as key account manager for the industry sector in germany. His main responsibilities are to attend to customers in the industry sector and expand this customer base. This sector includes combustion engines, aerospace industry, milking machines, HVAC equipment, and various high-potential niches. Besides automotive and building construction, this business sector of Daetwyler Rubber is an increasingly important arm with growing business volumes.
Groth, based in Hamburg, worked four years as a development engineer for a rubber-metal-products manufacturer that chiefly supplies the rail-vehicle industry. Before joining Daetwyler, he spent several years working as deputy head of development, and finally sales director at a large producer of rubber-metal parts for rail vehicles and pneumatic damping systems.
