NN changes earnings prediction
Johnson City, Tennessee -- NN Inc. said profitability problems at a new facility in China and weaker-than-expected sales in its Precision Metal Components division will reduce the firm's anticipated earnings for 2007.
The bearing producer, which is the parent of seal maker Delta Rubber Co., said it expects to post earnings of $0.70 to $0.74 (€0.51 to €54) per diluted share for all of 2007, instead of the previously announced $0.90 to $1.04 per share.
The firm's rubber and plastics components division are performing as expected, NN said.
