Alpha parent, Dynisco, is sold to Roper
Duluth, Georgia - Roper Industries, Inc. has acquired Dynisco LLC from Audax Group for $243 million. Dynisco is the parent of Alpha Technologies, maker of the rubber instrument machinery and systems. Dynisco is headquartered in Franklin, Massachusetts with facilities in the United States, Germany and a new facility in Malaysia.
