Gerber recalls baby bottles with latex nipples due to labelling error
Parsippany, New Jersey - Gerber Products Co, has announced a recall of 78 of its three-pack 9 ounce baby bottles due to a labelling mistake.
The company said the recalled bottles contained latex nipples even though they were labelled as silicone nipples.
Latex can cause allergic reactions in people sensitive to the material.
The company said no illnesses had been reported.
The recalled bottles carry a UPC code 15000 787666 and Day Codes 6124 R, 6125 R, 6129 R and 6130 R.
