Tenneco appoints vice president in-house
Lake Forest, Illinois - Automotive elastomer manufacturer Tenneco Inc. has appointed its European vice president of finance and administration, Paul Novas, as the group's new vice president and controller.
Novas, who was responsible for finance and tax at Tenneco's European, South American and Indian segments, replaces James Perkins, who announced his resignation last month.
Prior to joining Tenneco in 1996, Novas worked in the treasury office of General Motors Corporation.
As part of the reshuffle, Tenneco's vice president and treasurer John Kunz has assumed responsibility for the company's global tax department.
Tenneco designs, manufactures and markets automotive emission and ride control products under the Monroe, Walker, Gillet and Clevite elastomer brand names and employs 19,000 workers worldwide.
