Amtel-Vredestein names banker to board

Amsterdam, Netherlands - Amtel-Vredestein N.V.,shareholders have confirmed the appointment of former EBRD executive, Hubert Pandza as an independent director of the company's Supervisory Board.

Pandza is the outgoing Business Group Director of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and a former executive of Deutsche Bank, Moscow. From 2002 until recently, he has headed EBRD's Russia & Central Asia Business Group and the Group for Small Business from the company's London Headquarters. Previously, he worked for over 25 years at various posts in Deutsche Bank, including the position of CEO of Deutsche Bank, Moscow.
