Tokyo--Japanese rubber goods maker Okamoto Industries has announced a plan to buy the remaining shares in a manufacturer of enemas, Ichijiku Pharmaceutical Co. Okamoto bought 67 percent of Ichijiku shares in March, and has now said it will buy the remaining shares through a share swap, effective 1 October this year.
