Indian government prepared to intervene if rubber price falls
Kerala, India--The Indian government is ready to intervene in India's rubber markets if the price sinks below Rs50/kg (€0.85).
Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy is quoted as saying, "the Centre has promised to take necessary steps to ensure that farmers will get reasonable price for the rubber produce."
