Seiberling house goes on sale for $1.4 million
Akron, Ohio--The house, "Triacre", built in 1913 by Goodyear co-founder, Charles Seiberling, is up for sale for $1.4 million. The vendor, Bob Warther, saved the house from demolition when he bought it 13 years ago, and has been restoring it since, while using it as the headquarters for his consulting company.
