Thailand's AFET expects futures trading to begin May 28
Thailand expects trading to finally begin on May 28 at its new agricultural futures exchange, Agricultural Futures Exchange of Thailand (AFET). Suvarn Valaisathien, chairman AFET is reported as saying that Rice and rubber will be the first contracts to be introduced to the exchange. To launch the new contracts, the exchange is organising a pre-launch 'Futures Fair' on May 10 in Bangkok
