Wood adds Crompton chairmanship

Middlebury, Connecticut-Crompton Corp.'s new president and CEO Bob Wood has assumed the additional post of chairman, replacing Vincent Calarco, who has retired, Crompton announced 27 April. Wood joined Crompton in January having previously led Dow Chemical Co.'s polyurethanes, epoxies, automotive and polyurethane systems operations.
