Bayer's 'NewCo' to be re-christened "Lanxess"

Bayer AG is placing its rubber activities as well as Rhein-Chemie Rheinau and other activities into a new company, called Lanxess. The new company wil be floated on a stock market in early 2005, "at the latest," according to a Bayer press release.
