Michelin continues to sell converting plants as Kosa buys South Carolina unit

Groupe Michelin has sold another tyre fabric converting plant. This time, KoSa has bought the former Michelin unit in Winnsboro, South Carolina. This deal follows a similar pattern to previous deals, in which the purchaser also gains a long-term contract to supply Michelin.
