Nine-month revenues at Debica fall

Debica, Poland - Revenues at Firma Oponiarska Debica S.A fell by around 9 percent in the nine months to September 2012. The company has reduced output of tyres in response to reduced market demand.
The company saw revenues fall to euro 403.5 million from euro 440 million in the same period a year previously. Operating profits fell to euro 20.83 million compared wih euro 27.57 million a year earlier.
In the third quarter, however, the company said it recorded a record profit of zloty 38.6 million. This was achieved despite a decrease of 10 percent in the total number of tyres sold.
