NR Prices remain level

London -- Rubber prices remained level overnight. On Tokyo's Tocom Exchange, prices for the six-month contract closed down by one yen, closing at yen 278 ($3.62) per kg Friday 13 January. Shorter-dated prices fell by about 3 yen to close at yen 258.
In Singapore, TSR20 for June delivery was also trading level at $3.44 toward the market close. Short-dated contracts also saw minimal change, trading around $3.37 a few minutes before the close.
In India, NMCE said January deliveries fell by about a rupee overnight, to close at Rs 190 ($3.70).
In China the Shanghai Futures Exchange saw January 2012 deliveries unchanged to close at Yuan 26.8 ($4.24) per kilo.
