Goodyear shares plunge after presentation to analysts

Wall Street -- Shares in Goodyear Tire plunged by 10 percent after a presentation to analysts yesterday by senior executives.

The company said the Thai floods would affect revenues, especially in aircraft tyres and suggested that demand is softening across all regions. Goodyear also said its cost-savings are below some expectations
