London -- In its annual review of the tyre industry, Just-Auto has highlighted the run-flat tyre as, "Perhaps the most dramatic innovation in tyre technology over the past decade." Nevertheless, the report acknowledges that the tyres are too expensive for the main stream.
The brief report reviews recent developments in the tyre industry, focussing on run-flats, tyre labels and the associated factors of road noise, rolling resistance and wet grip, as well as tyre pressure monitoring systems
