Pirelli adds 40 jobs at US warehouse
Rome Georgia--Pirelli Tire has opened a 247 000 sq. ft. (23 000 m2) warehouse and distribution centre in Rome, Georgia, to distribute tyres in the eastern US. The company reportedly invested $5 million to $8 million in the project.
Pirelli will employ third party distribution agent, Kuehne & Nagel to operate the facility, which will contain up to $35 million of inventory.
