Madrid, Spain – For the second time in two years, synthetic rubber and rubber chemicals maker Dynasol Group has been recognised for its sustainability in the synthetic rubber and chemical industries.
The joint venture between the Mexico-based KUO Group, a supplier of consumer business products, chemicals and auto parts; and Madrid-based Repsol SA, a fossil fuel company, recently received gold in the EcoVadis Sustainability Assessment Awards. Dynasol received the gold award in 2018 as well.
"We are proud to achieve the EcoVadis medal gold rating once again," said Felipe Varela, director of Dynasol Group. "This demonstrates our commitment to sustainability, based on respect for the environment, work and human rights, ethics and a sustainable supply chain. Sustainability remains a priority with its rubber and chemicals, Dynasol said.
"We apply the global concept of sustainability to each location in which we operate in search of the best solutions to preserve the environment of all our centers," the company said. "We are committed to the protection of the planet through a sustainable management of natural resources."
