Milan, Italy – Rubber moulding-machine automation company Delia SRL will present robotic cells which are engineered to improve both machine productivity and end-product quality at K2019.
The new work cells, which can be combined with anthropomorphic and Cartesian robots can perform multiple extraction of rubber mouldings with metal or plastics inserts as well as de-burring on-board machine.
Functionalities also include: quality control; loading of inserts into the mould; and orienting and stacking of finished mouldings into purpose-built shipping boxes.
Milan-based Delia also supplies robotised cells for the production of automotive components such as bellows – the system draws and trims the bellows and matches up parts via precise, fully automatic electrical and pneumatic movements.
The company, furthermore, manufactures: single thermoregulated blocks; double thermoregulated blocks allowing moulding simultaneously by two moulds placed on both the sides of the block; injectors and volumetric pumps for rubber injection; insert fitting machines; and cutting machines.
