EC clears Dow-DuPont merger subject to conditions 

Brussels – DuPont divesting its Crop Protection Business and acquiring FMC’s health and nutrition business in order to win the European Commission’s approval for its merger with Dow Chemical Co.

On 27 Mar, the European Commission approved under the EU Merger Regulation the proposed merger between US-based chemical companies Dow and DuPont.
