Report – US synthetic rubber makers seek tariffs on ESBR imports
Washington –US synthetic rubber manufacturers are seeking anti-dumping tariffs on SR imports from South Korea, according to a report by The Investor.
The report cites a 24 July statement from the Washington branch of KITA (the Korea International Trade Association) regarding a filing to the US International Trade Commission, and Department of Commerce.
The report named Lion Elastomers among the companies to have filed complaints, which are directed at Korean suppliers of emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber.
ERJ is requesting comment on this reported development from the parties involved.
