Essex, UK – The Imported Tyre Manufacturers’ Association (ITMA) technical partner, Tread Ltd, has recently made several investments to expand the services available to members.
The company’s permanent test fleet now includes a magazine standard VW Polo to sit alongside its existing VW Golf, meaning that test and development of all standard tire sizes is even easier. Furthermore, two additional vehicles, a UHP test car in the form of a new Golf GTI and an updated version 3 Touareg, now allows testing on tyres from 17” up to 22” and in the standard magazine sizes.
To coincide with the recent vehicle upgrades and hardware developments by Race Logic, Tread has also updated its instrumentation to provide even more accurate test results and development feedback.
