Conti grows aftermarket training centre
ERJ staff report (LMH)
Frankfurt am Main, Germany -- Continental AG says it continues to grow its internationally-focused Aftermarket TrainingCenter , with recent team expansions in Eschborn, Germany; Milan, Italy; Prague, Czech Republic; and Alcobendas near Madrid, Spain.
Continental said it is also continuing to strengthen the position of the TrainingCenter outside of Europe. The centre offers qualification and advanced training measures for motor vehicle repair garages all over the world. In addition to these European locations, the trainers are busy worldwide, and the customers of the Continental Aftermarket TrainingCenter include garages and trading organisations in Australia, South America and South Africa.
"In addition to the theoretical basics, which cover not only engineering questions but also legislation and safety regulations, we put particular emphasis on actual practice. This is why courses using specially developed models and specially prepared vehicles are always on the training schedule," commented Bert Lembens, head of the Aftermarket TrainingCenter at Continental.
